Registration
To be considered for final acceptance and publication, each paper MUST have at least one paid full registration by the registration deadline. Papers that do not adhere to this requirement will be excluded in the proceedings.

Notes:
- All papers must be presented by one of the authors. At least one author must register for the conference and pay the fee prior to Regular Registration deadline in order for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings and accepted in the final program.
- One regular registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the paper. More than 5 pages, you need to pay 50 USD per page.
- One regular registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD also register in-order to join in the conference and display their name in the conference materials.
- One day tour is not included in the regular registration.
- All the registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.

- If the refund is requested prior to Oct. 1, 2026, 30% of registration fee will be charged. No refund will be processed after Oct. 1, 2026. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
