Welcome to IECC 2026 !

2026 8th International Electronics Communication Conference (IECC 2026) will be held from November 6 to 8, 2026, in Wuhan, China. The conference is sponsored by South-Central Minzu University, and organized by College of Electronics and Information Engineering (School of Robotics). Against the backdrop of 5G advancing toward full-scale commercialization, 6G research and development gaining momentum, and the deepening integration of the Internet of Everything, electronic communication technology has become the core engine driving global digital transformation. By choosing Wuhan—an important hub of education, science, and transportation in China—as its venue, this conference aims to leverage the city’s innovative vitality and geographic advantages to build a high-level, international platform for cutting-edge exchange.

IECC will not only focus on breakthroughs and challenges in key areas such as communication architecture, signal processing, network optimization, and converged applications but also strive to provide a bridge for scholars from academia, industry, and research institutions worldwide—especially early-career researchers—to showcase achievements, inspire thinking, and foster collaboration, thereby jointly shaping the future of next-generation communication technologies. Researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world are warmly invited to submit their contributions.

Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by at least 2-3 Technical Committees and plagiarism or multiple submissions will not be accepted.
